Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Pubful Inc (“Pubful”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through pubful.io, why, and the choices and rights you have.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

01Who we are

The data controller is Pubful Inc. You can reach us at hello@pubful.io or by mail at 2108 N St STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA.

02Information we collect

We collect only what you give us or what is needed to operate the site securely:

  • Information you submit — when you use our contact form: your name, email, company (optional), and message.
  • Communications — if you call or email us, the content of those communications and related metadata (e.g. call time and duration).
  • Technical data — limited server logs (IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
  • Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies; otherwise no analytics data is collected. See our Cookie Policy.

03How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

04Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. analytics cookies); our legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, securing the site); performance of a contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

05Cookies and analytics

By default we set no tracking cookies. We use essential local storage for your theme preference and your cookie choice. Analytics or advertising cookies load only after you accept them. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (processors) who help us operate — for example email delivery (Google Workspace), telephony (our phone provider), and hosting/infrastructure — bound to protect it and use it only on our instructions.
  • Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.

07International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

08Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically the life of our correspondence or engagement plus a reasonable period for legal and record-keeping reasons — then delete or anonymize it.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) you may request to know, delete, or correct your information and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

  • To exercise a right, contact hello@pubful.io. We may need to verify your identity first.

10Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting, and least-privilege practices — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

11Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
